By placing an order with HLC, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our sales terms and conditions. You are fully aware that your agreement to these terms does not require a handwritten signature.

Please note that HLC Distribution only accepts OEM orders from legally registered companies. As a factory, we have a responsibility to support skate shops and skateboard brands. We will not sell OEM orders to the public to avoid encouraging the black market. Therefore, we kindly request your company details before sending any price information on OEM orders.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for skateboards is 50 decks per order and per graphic, while the minimum order quantity for longboards is 50 units per order and per graphic.

Different sizes per graphic MOQ: Assorted plies = 10 units minimum per size/shape reference of the same print.

Plies in specific colours (≠ Assorted plies) = 50 units minimum per size/shape reference of the same print.

+ 10% EXTRA FEES/ DECK PER PLY OF A SPECIFIC COLUR ( 2 PLIES/ DECK IN SPECIFIC COLOURS = +20%/DECK – 3 PLIES/ DECK IN SPECIFIC COLOURS = +30% /DECK )

Full paint or wood varnish, MOQ: 50 units of the same print per full print colour.

Payment terms: 50% when placing order/ 50% before shipping. We accept wire transfers or credit cards. Our prices are Ex.works and Ex.VAT. Offers are valid for one month from the date of issue within the same year.

Production time begins once the proforma invoice and graphic mockups are confirmed and the first 50% upfront payment has been received. This is when HLC considers the order to be fully confirmed, and the production time officially begins. The minimum production time is 4 weeks for printed decks, and the customer and HLC sales representative will agree on a desired delivery date according to HLC FACTORY’s calendar.

Please note that in order to serve the desired number of boards and to discard the boards that will not pass the quality control, HLC FACTORY needs to produce + 5% boards than ordered. By placing an OEM order with HLC Factory, the customer accepts that +/- 5% boards can be invoiced and charged when the board production is finished.
